- The $1.3 million allocation will support MCAH in implementing a statewide cost-sharing transition plan. Michigan’s HMIS is a critical infrastructure tool used by CoCs, service providers, and state partners to collect and analyze data on homelessness, measure system performance, and meet federal HUD reporting requirements. MCAH currently operates the statewide HMIS platform and ensures uniform data standards, training, and technical support.
