What is the purpose and how does the legislatively directed spending item provide a public benefit that is an appropriate use of taxpayer money?This money will be used to help build out phase 3 of the CCF's housing program, which aims to build 15-20 tiny homes for low- to middle-income home buyers. This will help benefit the taxpayer by redirecting funding into Michigan's aging housing infrastructure/stock. By doing this, we can hopefully help more people live, work, and play in Michigan as Homeowners and community members. Note: This funding was cut in the FY 25 work projects
