Sen. Wayne Kuipers, R-Holland, welcomed the Zeeland high school boys swim team to the Michigan Capitol. Kuipers, left of center, presented coach Mike Torrey, center, with a special tribute honoring the team for winning the 2009 Division II state championship. The team is a collaborative of Zeeland East and Zeeland West high schools and claimed the state title in dramatic fashion by winning the final event, the 400-yard freestyle relay.  (5/13/2009)
