To effectively serve the People of the 29th State Senate District, one of the most important aspects of my job is to assist those with problems pertaining to state government. If you are experiencing difficulty with a state government agency, and you are not able to resolve it through normal processes, please feel free to contact my office for assistance.
With that said, please be aware that I cannot ask any agency to give you special consideration or ignore applicable law or policy by contacting my office. Our role is to ensure that you are treated fairly and properly, and that all applicable administrative rules are followed according to the laws created by the Legislature.
I remain committed to streamlining services to the public to make them more efficient and effective to ultimately save taxpayer dollars.
