Public Act 114 will implement a comprehensive plan to increase rules on food preparation and help prevent the spread of food-borne illnesses. Public Act 56 will help protect residents from potential identity theft by requiring those who submit documents to a county register of deeds to remove every number except for the last four digits of the Social Security number.
