The Michigan Coordinated Access to Food for the Elderly (MiCafe)- The MiCafe project helps those age 60 and older with low and moderate income apply for the Food Assistance Program. The project makes it easy and fast by allowing seniors to apply at one of several sites in Genesee County instead of going to a governemnt office.
